Cross Country Ski Terrain This is a forested area that fascinates me. It is open for cross country skiing, but is not part of the ski resort. I have yet to drop over the ridge on my downhill skis and head toward the multi-use Northern Pacific Trail, where I would have to trudge up-hill to the North Star Chair. Sometime this season, I will either follow a knowledgeable local, or rent a pair of cross-country skis for a day. A main route is evident... but what happens to it just above the NorPac?
